In appearance the Oxford is unique, being of a sandy colouring, ranging from pale gold to rust, with random black blotches, white blaze, white feet and tassel.

This lop eared pig is amiable and easy to manage making it ideal for the smallholding.

With its long coat it tolerates cold wet conditions extremely well.

It is affectingly known as the ' Plum pudding pig'.
